1. Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are. 3. What is the warranty period for your products?
Our products come with a Min. 12-month warranty (starting from the date of shipment), excluding parts that are consumable.

4. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The standard MOQ for stock products is 1 unit. For OEM/ODM projects, please provide your detailed requirements (e.g., customization scope, specifications), and we will advise the corresponding MOQ based on your needs.

5. Is it possible to obtain a free sample?
While we do not offer free samples, we welcome you to purchase a single sample unit for testing and evaluation.

6. Do you accept payments via PayPal?

7. How long is the delivery time?
For sample orders, we usually dispatch within 2-3 working days after payment has been confirmed. For bulk orders, the lead time may vary from 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the exact quantity required.

8. What shipping methods do you use for delivery?
DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, Aramex, EMS, and E-packing, or arrange the collection of goods yourself.
